House Rules
Dear Guests! Thank you for choosing our hotel. Please take a moment to read the main house rules.
1. Check-in and check-out
Check-in is after 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM on the departure date. In case of check-out after 12:00 PM or check-in before 2:00 PM on the reserved dates, the Hotel has the right to charge an additional 1,000 KGS for each hour. Please contact Reception for details.
2. Identification and room key
Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid identity document in accordance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. Please return the room key/card to Reception upon check-out.
3. Quiet hours
Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and respect the comfort of other guests. Noisy events and parties that disturb other guests are not permitted in rooms or on hotel premises.
4. Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms or enclosed areas of the hotel. In case of a confirmed violation, a compensation fee of USD 50 or its equivalent in local currency will be charged. Additional cleaning costs may also apply.
5. Breakfast
Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
6. Hotel property
Please treat hotel property with care. In case of damage, loss, or destruction of hotel property, the guest is responsible in accordance with applicable law and hotel rules.
7. Personal belongings
For the safekeeping of valuables, we recommend using the safe provided in your room. Please do not leave cash, documents, or other valuables unattended.
8. Safety
In case of an emergency, smoke, fire, or any other threat, please notify Reception immediately. The storage or use of flammable, explosive, or other hazardous substances and items is prohibited.
9. Sanitary requirements
Please observe the hotel's sanitary and hygiene requirements and respect the health and comfort of others. In circumstances that may pose a threat to the health or safety of guests or employees, the hotel administration will act in accordance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
